By installing or using Mutus, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Mutus is an Android application that uses Android's notification access permission to help you manage incoming WhatsApp calls and messages. It automatically declines calls from unknown numbers, screens suspicious messages, and provides tools to manage your communication preferences.
You agree not to use Mutus to:
Mutus is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Mutus operates using Android's publicly available notification APIs.
Mutus is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will block all scam calls or detect all suspicious messages. Scam patterns evolve — Mutus provides protection, not perfection.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mutus and its creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the application — including any missed calls, blocked messages, or financial losses.
We do not guarantee continuous availability of the app or backend services. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where the developer is located.
